Matteo Minet

Matteo Minet is an M&A advisor at EY; in this role, he supports Companies as they tackle strategic and operational issues in complex global deals and helps them realize the value of acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Minet also gained over a de-cade of Corporate Finance experience in large, multinational organizations. He held various roles at Tyco International, the global leader in Fire and Security products and services, including corporate treasury and capital markets, operational excellence, financial planning and analysis, and audit. He worked in over 20 Countries in EMEA, Americas and Asia Pacific to improve the Company’s processes and financial controls, finally moving to the US, where he led significant transformation projects. Mr. Minet started his career at Barilla Holding, in Italy, as an internal auditor. He contributes to Les Couleurs family with his financial and business acumen, change management and organizational skills, as well as a passion for the cause of uplifting children through the arts. His hobbies include traveling, playing guitar and motorcycle riding. Mr. Minet holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA cum laude from University of Verona (Italy).

  

                                 Adam Levy

Adam Levy is a Managing Director and Investment Committee member responsible for managing Fixed Income Portfolios at Tradition Capital Management, an independent investment management organization. He actively manages both taxable and non-taxable portfolios in strategies ranging from Enhanced Cash to Core Plus. He also works on macro-economic analysis as it impacts broad financial markets and fixed income markets. In addition, he contributes his perspective and experience to the asset allocation and manager selection process for outsourced asset management.  Mr. Levy possesses over fifteen years of direct market knowledge gained from researching, trading and overseeing portfolios invested across the capital structure. Prior to joining Tradition, he worked with institutional and high net worth clients independently and for Overbrook Management Company, a multi-generational family office where he managed fixed income accounts for foundations, pension funds and family office clients. Prior to joining Overbrook, Mr. Levy worked in equity research at Epoch Partners, a technology focused investment bank where he covered the Consumer and Internet Technology sectors. At Citigroup (formerly Salomon Brothers), he analyzed risk exposure and option hedging strategies for both the proprietary equity derivatives trading desk and high net worth clients. His professional experiences while investing for charitable foundations have been especially rewarding and he highly values the opportunity to contribute directly to Les Couleurs’ philanthropic endeavors. Mr. Levy earned a BS with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

 

Thomas Citro

Thomas Citro is President of TCA Risk Management. They consult with businesses and high net worth individuals on all of their insurance and risk management needs. This includes personal insurance, property and casualty, employee benefits, professional liability and disability. He has for over 20 years specialized in innovative solutions to complex risks.  He is spearheading Les Coleurs initiative to get hedge funds, corporations, family offices and high net worth individuals involved with the charity.  He is involved with numerous charities including St. Jude Children's Hospital, African Children's Choir, Cohen Children's Medical Center and Lynn Cohen Foundation. He is very passionate about providing the less fortunate children with educational opportunities and empowering them to build a better future for themselves and their families. He holds a B.S. In marketing from Alfred University.
